This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users of Sailaro (the "Service") may cancel subscriptions or request refunds. By purchasing or using any paid features of the Service, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Subscription Cancellation by User

Users may cancel their Sailaro subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles; however, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Cancellation requests do not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to paid features despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Service unavailability caused by platform errors

Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Kaitoz after review of the request.

3. Refund Request Process

Once a request is received, it will be reviewed and verified. If approved, refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the original payment method and payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after using or exporting resume content
  • Dissatisfaction with resume outcomes or job application results
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
  • Free or trial-based features

5. Service Modifications and Errors

In the event of significant service disruption, data loss, or billing errors attributable to Sailaro, users may be eligible for partial or full refunds or service credits, as determined by Kaitoz.

6. Exceptions and Dispute Resolution

Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances such as verified technical failures or system errors. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly with the user may be escalated to the Sailaro support team for further review.

Decisions made by Kaitoz regarding refunds and cancellations are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Kaitoz reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Sailaro platform or published on the website. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
